Starting with seven members, they now employ almost 1,000 specially trained people and is funded by a private organization working outside the government. The name originates from the Greek Goddess of human fate, and their primary mission is the evolution of humans by learning how to facilitate the abilities that make supernaturals unique. Their secondary mission is to protect humans against them until they are ready to evolve. Despite being a ghost among the human population, they are widely recognized by select few for their secrecy (and kidnapping of supernaturals). Because of this many supernaturals have been forced into hiding, which resulted in the formation of the Resistance. Recruited and trained starting from college, most employees are carefully selected, while others - such as special cases - are picked up off the street for their unique talents. This organization was not made to eliminate all supernatural beings but they will not hesitate to take action if a threat is perceived or their discrepancy is compromised. Because of this all personnel, including scientists, must be trained in combat and medical treatment and are sworn into secrecy. Anyone who reveals the agency is immediately "taken care of." This organization has a leader and several official positions as well as limitless positions. [attr="class","likedosub"]DIVISIONS Advisor: Those who would prefer to teach rather than to fight are called Advisors. They spend most of their time researching and teaching their species specialty and are a valuable asset to the group due to their vast knowledge in the supernatural and current events. Akadian: The Akadian is the newest and smallest branch and specializes in Shapeshifters. This group has one Sergeant and a number of Advisers and Hunters who focus their time more on Shifters but are not limited to that one species. Celestra: The Celestra is one of the four branches and specializes in Weres. They are the second largest branch and has one Sergeant and a number of Advisers and Hunters who focus their time more on Were's but are not limited to that one species. Commander: A Commanders responsibility is to lead the group, foresee each branch, and deals directly with the heads of the other boroughs. The Commander is also in charge of promoting and recruiting members as well as give out orders and punishments. Hunter: Being a hunter means you are the foot soldier. Though this title is the lowest rank they are still highly important as their main job is to patrol the borough and protect the humans directly. Nocturn: The Nocturn is the second branch and specializes in Vampires. They have one Sergeant and a number of Advisers and Hunters who focus their time more on Vampires but are not limited to that one species. Sergeant: Sergeants are the leaders of the four sections of the Sentella. There is one per section and they are the main authority in the group just below Commander. Their requirements are few but extremely important. Sergeants are chosen based on their skill, experience, ability to lead, and their loyalty to the cause and the group. Sympath: The Sympath is the first and largest branch and specialize in Mystics and magical objects. They have one Sergeant and a number of Advisers and Hunters who focus their time more on Magi, but are not limited to that one species. PHARAOH LEAP.

[attr="class","likedo"] [attr="class","likedotitle"] [attr="class","likedotitle2"]THE OMNI [attr="class","likedoinfo"]The entire vampire population derives from seven bloodlines, and the Omni, comprised of a member from each of the seven Royal families, was formed as a way to manage and regulate the ever-growing vampire population. Their structure is similar to the Grand Coven, with the Royal families maintaining order within their territories and the head of each Royal family acting as a representative within the Omni. During times of conflict, the Omni meets to discuss their individual bloodlines as well as the bloodlines as a whole, their stance on the conflicts of other groups, and. Due of their dependency on humans for their support, and blood, within recent years they are the only otherworld based group to integrate fully into modern human society by creating alliances with the financially rich and politically powerful. This group only consists of the Leaders of each royal bloodline including their guards, spies, and advisors. The only other position offered within the Omni that isn't directly connected with a particular Royal is the Magistrate, who is the only vampire who's job is to look after all the bloodlines rather than one. [attr="class","likedosub"]Divisions Lord/Lady: The Lord and Lady are the eldest member of a Vampire Household or Coven, depending if they are natural born or turned. Each Vampire family or coven has at least one, or in cases of a union will have both. The Lord and Lady of a Royal family act as a representative to the Omni. Within their family and designated territory, their word is law. Similar to Monarchies in Europe, Lords and Ladies are officially given their title only after the death of the previous one and is an inherited title passed from parent to child. If there is no heir or they prove to be unfit for the position then the position goes to the most qualified, however, they must belong to the family. Sheriff: Just like human officers, it is an enforcer duty to oversee and protect the area they are given as well as handle any disputes that may occur. All Vampires within the town, visiting or residents, must obey and respect the Sheriff who in turn must do the same to their Lord or Lady. If a sheriff sees a Vampire breaking a rule they have the right to apprehend them and in dire cases declare a punishment if they perceive the individual as a threat to either themselves, others or the council. Infiltrator: If you are an Infiltrator, you are the informant. Mostly titled as spies, they keep to the shadows and are extremely talented in gathering information for their coven. They are the eyes and ears of the Coven so their identities are unknown to anyone but the Council Elders and Enforcers. Though valuable they are mostly kept in the dark about serious information to prevent the Infiltrator betraying them. There is no limit as they are not officially a member. Magistrate: The position of the magistrate is simple. The Magistrate is in charge of political and judicial affairs. They are the judge and prosecutor during trials and the mediator during meetings. They are the only high ranking official who has the ability to govern the territory besides the Lord or Lady, and they are usually the ones to take charge if a Lord or Lady is out of town or unable to govern during a period of time. There are also members that do not have an official name or title, but have declared their loyalty to the Royal families and are given various jobs according to the situation and Vampire's skills. They are friendly and sociable, preferring to aid humans and other supernatural beings and befriending them as opposed to harming them unnecessarily. While they have been known to harm outsiders at the drop of a hat, this is only the case when the court feels their subjects have been threatened or slighted in some way. Whatever malicious actions are taken, they are always for a just reason deemed as such by the Tuatha de Danann. The Tuatha de Danann is the royal family of the Seelie Court. They alone have the power to make any and all final decisions. The Queen herself has the absolute final say on anything concerning the supernatural and her people. She alone can declare acts of war and retribution. She is also usually the one to schedule Rades and personally see her scouts and liaisons off. The scouts and liaisons report directly to the Queen unless told otherwise. The Rades are anything but sinister. When the Tuatha De Danann call a Rade into action it merely means they are sending out scouts and such to the human world to learn from the humans and other supernaturals or even aid them in certain disasters. A Rade is usually when Seelie liaisons working beside humans and supernaturals are rotated for fresh faces, and scouts who report on the world, in general, to make sure the Unseelie aren't interfering with treaties, contracts, and deals previously made are rotated. Rades are also periods in time when the Seelie allow their young to venture out and learn about the other species outside the Court. Sometimes they go alone, at which point they have reached their species' age of adulthood. For the younger ones, they most likely join an older family member who has been chosen as a scout or liaison. They take enjoyment out of toying and harming humans and supernatural beings alike. They are the ones most likely behind mysterious deaths or disappearances tied to the fae world. While the most common time for their activity to occur is during Wild Hunts, there is nothing stopping them from attacking a human whenever they feel the need. The Dark Queen didn't come to the title by inheritance. She made it herself by being one of the darkest fae known by anyone aware of the fae and their higher factions. She rules her court with an iron fist and her army, known as the Sluagh. The Sluagh are entrusted to do the queen's nastiest deeds and lead the Wild Hunts. Wild Hunts are games held by the Queen to encourage those in the Unseelie Court to wreak as much havoc in the human realm as possible. At the end of each game, whichever fae has the most death or kidnaps under their belt is rewarded handsomely and kept in the Queen's good graces. The one with the least is usually ridiculed at best and punished at worst. They regulate laws, traditions, customs of the most secret kind, and possess special recipes for sorcery, ancient artifacts, and have the most detailed and extensive records of events in ancient history. During the Medieval Ages, Witches took refuge underground in order to survive, meeting only in secret and creating strict laws to ensure non-discovery. The Grand Coven of Elders represents the old tradition as a whole and guides each Coven. Each Coven has its own High Priest or Priestess who is a representative to the Grand Coven. Violations of magical use include using magic on or in front of a human, killing with magic or stealing another mystics power, and conspiring against the Grand Coven or endangering their secrecy to humans. The Elders are not known for their merciful ways but they will not kill unless in an extreme circumstance. In severe cases, dangerous Witches, Warlocks, and Magi sentenced to imprisonment are sent to a specialized prison located on the coast of San Francisco. Since the Burning Times, the Grand Coven has involvement with many Mystic settlements called Havens. Havens are magically shielded locations around the world that provide sanctuary for supernatural species. Most are still active today. The most popular are San Fransisco, New Orleans, and Hallow Oaks, which was the first Haven in America, is located in (state). [attr="class","likedosub"]DIVISIONS Elder: The Elders are the highest ranking officials in the Grand Coven. Since the beginning, there have always been three Elders since the number is sacred among Witches. They do not belong to any other coven. They are responsible for training witches and wizards to become Magi, who serve as guardians for Havens and soldiers during times of war. The Guild is headed by the Guild Master and an ArchMagi for each element. [attr="class","likedosub"]DIVISIONS ArchMagi: The ArchMagi is a master of their element to its full extent and are the leaders of other Magi with the same element. Magi: Magi only have three jobs. Protect the Coven, protect the law, and protect the Balance. Magi are talented fighters in both magic and weapons and must swear their loyalty to the coven. Not only are they held responsible for guarding the covens most important officials, Magi also act as their commanding officers, soldiers, and even police force. Towards any Mystic, in any territory, caught breaking the law they have the power to apprehend them and even in some cases punish them. Due to the size of the country there are no limits to how many Magi there can be and they are all spread out evenly, but this doesn't mean anyone can survive the training and ritual required to become a Magi.
